Submitting Revision Requests/Conditions

CoesterVMS Revision Request Process

The steps below detail the process for requesting a revision through the CoesterVMS Client Module:

  • Users can also locate a specific order by using the Search feature located at the top of the Client Module window:

  • From the Appraisal Details screen, select Submit a Condition:

  • Select the most applicable Condition Type, add comments, and upload documentation from the Submit a Condition screen:

  • Once complete, select Submit Condition to confirm the request.

Upon submission of a revision request, the status of the order will update to Request for Revision/Addenda.At this point, CoesterVMS Quality Control Specialist will work with the vendor to ensure the request is clearly communicated and a revised report is received in a timely fashion.

NOTE: Inquiries or requests specifically regarding the appraised value should be submitted as an Appraisal Rebuttal through the client module. See the CoesterVMS Resource Center in the client module for further instructions on the rebuttal process.
