completely agreeing with Nancy.

there are various AMC and SOS software available like the AM24/7 and Time Merlin. unlike AM24/7 Time Merlin is a SOS and provides a complete solution to various management problems.

Using Time Merlin is easy and efficient, appraisers can now do there work more efficiently. For further details Visit "http://www.TimeMerlin.com" or see there blog for more details at "http://www.timemerlin.com/blog/category/appraisal-management/"

Wow, sounds like some people are a little upset! I highly doubt that the fact that AMC's are moving up the ladder in the mortgage business is the reason why your business failed...ever think it might be because of the owner and their business ethic??

It amazes me how a lot of you do not take personal responsibility for your own success path and are quick to blame others. At least with AMC's you don't have to worry about compliance issues and inability to handle the workload as you would with a one man shop.

NOW, before I get attacked like a steak in a wolfpack, not ALL AMC's are reasonable with their fees and it is wrong to say that all are the same, because they're not. Unlike many of the more popular AMC's, Coester is actually run by someone who is a LICENSED appraiser and used to compose reports for a measly $150 when the borrower was being charged $450-$500+ and this was WELL before the HVCC went into effect, so that debunks the myth that all this overcharging of borrowers began when the HVCC was enforced.

It's clear that we have a lot of whiners here rather than those who conduct research and think before they speak. Despite what you think, if you have your mind in the right place and your company in order, you CAN succeed in this industry today.

That is all.

Those that are complaining about appraisal management software are worried about their own business model being in jeopardy. With affordable AMC software like AM 24/7 (www.spurams.com) appraisers have a fighting chance.

Using our software, appraisers can start their own small AMC, comply with the HVCC and continue to work with their existing lenders. Visit www.spurams.com for details.
